Our flight to Saudi Arabia is cancelled but we are yet to receive any refund from Travelup. Saudi airlines are issuing refunds to those who purchased directly from them and asked me to ask Travelup to contact them as they can process refunds straight away. It has been 4 weeks and no response from Travelup.
Worst and disgusting thing is that they are still sending marketing emails to book holidays with them for Summer. Won;t be using them again and urge others to boycott as well
