AirChina flights booked with Travelup. AirChina issued guidance following coronavirus outbreak that we could apply for a full refund (no penalties etc.) but that this had to be done by the travel agent. Travelup confirmed they had applied for the refund and it would take 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks later and still no refund received! Now they are not responding to any communication from me! I realise this is a stressful time for everyone but absolutely shocking customer service from Travelup. Will never book with them again.
