My fiance was Charged £90 to amend a surname on a flight ticket, on hearing this she asked to cancel the whole booking and wanted a refund, travel up told her that there is a £100 cancelation fee.
This company gets no stars from me, in fact if there was a minus option, they would be embarrased with the rating i would give them.
