If there was a 0 would use. Booked flights to Istanbul last year to fly out in April 20, due to Covid 19. BA cancelled the flight. So requested a refund. Paid £464.02 for flights and received £229.92
No explanation, why. I now understand they charge £75 per person admin fees, what for and 2% charge. Will now dispute .
Disgraceful company, will not be using them again or recommending them
