Worst booking agent ever. Took over 5 months to receive a refund for a cancelled flight. During which time they ignored over 100 attempts I made to contact them and retrospectively altered their terms and conditions to include a £50 administration fee. After not hearing from them for weeks I applied for a chargeback from my bank, who TravelUp then wrongly informed I hadn't contacted them first. In the 5 months I spent chasing my refund, they continuously claimed that they where waiting for the refund from Emirates. Emirates claims this is a lie. Worst travel company out there. Appalling customer service and outright stealing form customers during a pandemic.
