I have never like the idea of sending flowers to a funeral home or the home of someone that has lost a loved one. Years ago, I discovered Trees for Change and very glad I did. For at or less than the the cost of flowers (which will have to be taken somewhere after services and then die) I have a tree planted in their honor. This to me is so much more thoughful and lasting.
