Not only do you actually speak to Kim or hear a voice message from her (not prerecorded robot), but you actually get to see where the tree is being planted and when. This is definitely a legit organization, and Kim goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I was pressed for time, so the quick print out version ($12) was perfect.
