Great customer service! Original product I selected was checked prior to sending to me. Tremor Audio contacted me to advise there was a tiny dot on the back of the guitar and offered me a different product for the same price which illustrates that they have great quality control. I received my guitar in 2 days. The big companies that do online orders could learn a thing or two from Tremor Audio.
