Not satisfied at all. I ordered an € 800,00 coat and got a polo shirt delivered instead. No telephone number on the website to call just a contact form (not customer friendly by the way) After being in contact with the customer service it turns out that you don't even have the particular coat in stock, so you made me order and pay and now I have to wait for my money to be returned and not be able to buy my girlfriend another present. so this is really fucked up.
