The Mason Pearson brush is a superb product and I received excellent service from Howard during the ordering process. My only complaint is that it took over a week to arrive but that is not the fault of Tressence but of USPS. If using UPS would not add to the cost, I would recommend using them for shipping. Regardless, I look forward to ordering the Mason Pearson detangling brush from Tressence in the near future! In this day and age, good customer service is hard to come by. Howard was a gem and I thank him for all of the time he spent with me explaining the different Mason Pearson brushes.
