The main reason that I purchased my brush from Tressence is the caliber of personal help from Howard, the owner, that other reviewers have noted. I was not disappointed. Howard really listened to my situation and made an excellent recommendation. I frankly think I would have bought another type (and likely the wrong brush for my type of hair) had I not spoken to him. Buying a Mason Pearson brush is such a significant purchase that makes getting the right advice critical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tressence to any potential buyers.
