I ordered a hairbrush that was much smaller in person then I expected even though the dimensions were listed on the website. The cost for the larger size was too high for me. The owner was willing to exchange the brush for the next higher size at a discount. He really wanted to help me get the color and size I wanted. He emailed me a return label quickly and sent me a discount code so I could buy the larger size. Thank you for the great customer service.
