The obvious is the great service: I ordered a brush from a large online retailer and it came in an envelope. The box was the only cover to protect it from the perils of shipping. These expensive brushes and put in an envelope. I think it was a miracle it did not come totally destroyed. You don't have to worry here, it will be packaged well and in good condition. The owner will respond within 24 hours should you have any concerns: you can hardly find that anymore . Conscientious owner , great buying experience.
