Was looking forward to using my new hairbrush. Delivery has been delayed for some unknown reason. Track record doesn’t show where the package is and no estimate of delivery date. It is understandable that it could be delivered later than estimated but it is fraustating that I have no idea when it will be delivered Tressence located my order and it was delivered in excellent condition. They were very courteous and concerned Love my brush and I would recommend this company very highly. I would order from them again.
