I was so happy to purchase this excellent product (hairbrush) for my beloved niece. But it was made even more pleasant because: 1) The website was easy to use and 2) I had ordered an extra brush cleaner because I didn't see that the brush comes with one. The very kind person who contacted me and with whom I spoke on the phone was helpful and friendly. It made me feel like an appreciated customer!
