While I love the product, the customer service is terrible. My shipment was the incorrect oil. I went through every possible customer service channel & never heard back. Then I was signed up for the auto ship. I postponed it & just got charged and show the shipment is coming anyway?? I’ve never had so many errors with a company before. I will not be ordering again.
