“While I love the product, the customer service is terrible. My shipment was the incorrect oil. I went through every possible customer service channel & never heard back. Then I was signed up for the auto ship. I postponed it & just got charged and show the shipment is coming anyway?? I’ve never had so many errors with a company before. I will not be ordering again.”

You are right, sometimes I just don't get messages, but when I did catch up to your call for help, I immediately cancelled your subscription, refunded the last subscription payment and sent you a 4oz bottle of Sweet Orange Body Oil free of charge, to make sure you received everything you expected, and a little extra that you didn't expect We would only ask that you reply , and confirm that when I do get your message, that we delivered with grace. Any kind words you could share about your experience would be deeply appreciated.

“I had an area of my shoulder that was bumpy and itchy and no amount of lotion or hydrocortisone helped. I suffered with this condition for over 6 months. The ladies at Trillium recommended the Welcoming body polish and barrier balm. Before showering, I used the body polish and after rinsing, I applied the barrier balm. Instantly my skin felt better and within a week the itch was gone. My skin was 100% better. Thank you Trilium!”

“I want to tell you how I became and avid body polish user. My husband would go get a massage at a place near our home. I went with him once because he told me they had a gift shop and of course I wanted to shop while he was getting his massage. I was looking around and found something called body polish and I was very curious about it. The owner happened to be there and I asked her about it and she said I will let you make up your mind yourself. She asked for my right hand and told me to wet it with warm water at the sink. She rubbed body polish on the back of my hand and told me to go shop. I did and ten minutes later she came to me and told me the feel the back of my right and left hand to see if I noticed a difference and I did! My right hand was much softer than my left. I bought my first but not my last jar of body polish that day and have been using it ever since. That was 26 years ago and I still love it. I have tried others but none compare to Trillium's body polish. I strongly suggest you try it.”
