Then I was signed up for the auto ship. I postponed it & just got charged and show the shipment is coming anyway?? I’ve never had so many errors with a company before. I will not be ordering again.”
You are right, sometimes I just don't get messages, but when I did catch up to your call for help, I immediately cancelled your subscription, refunded the last subscription payment and sent you a 4oz bottle of Sweet Orange Body Oil free of charge, to make sure you received everything you expected, and a little extra that you didn't expect We would only ask that you reply , and confirm that when I do get your message, that we delivered with grace.
