I had to ring the company because online it looked like they didn't have enough of the handles that I wanted in stock. However this problem was immediately rectified and a couple of days later I received the handles (which are absolutely lovely) in excellent condition. I'm very pleased indeed!
One remark though: the website automatically added the shipping fee although I ordered more than 15 handles. Again this was rectified by the company (they returned the money), but maybe it's something the IT team need to have a look at.
