I got 10 knobs. 4 knobs have been damaged with chips on the edges. I asked the customer service for a solution and they offered me 4 brand new and damage free knobs. Now, they just have to come back to me like promised.
Hope they'll keep up with what they've promised.
Overall the knobs haven't been the quality as expected. Poor quality, not real workmanship like on the pictures (but ok for the price on this site; not for the one on etsy though) - but good packed and nice customer service.
