Superb customer service. I emailed a question on a Sunday evening and got a reply straight back. I put my small order in on Monday, and a day later I got a photograph of my order with my details, ready to be sent. Package arrived intact, well packed and exactly as ordered, a couple of days later. I will definitely be ordering again and I will also be recommending Trinca-Ferro to my friends. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service, and selling good quality products at an affordable price.
