I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and payment was taken immediately, however I am still waiting delivery of my order. I received no acknowledgement of my order, and no delivery.
All I have received are apologies and assurances that the delivery will be made, however these assurances have not been fulfilled.
The level of service has been very poor - I cannot comment on the standard of the product as it has not arrived.
