Prompt postage. Beautiful looking knobs. Not the best quality. My husband is a builder & puts knobs on doors every second day with no problems. We have now had 2 knobs crumble in our hands & my husband got a nasty cut on his hand. We were told by Trinca the first time that we over-tightened them however, if we left them any looser - they turn in the hole. I'm still waiting on a response about the second breakage. I have also noticed on a couple of other reviews that the same thing has happened to other customers. I just hope my other 23 handles stay intact.
