i was happy with the product, but a little angry that they are selling the same knob on etsy with free shipping! I had to pay 12 dollars in shipping two tiny knobs! I wrote to seller on etsy and did not receive a reply asking why they charge 0 shipping on etsy store and 12 dollars shipping on main store page.
