My order of glass knobs arrived within a few days, but when the last one was fitted unfortunately the glass shattered. On a Friday afternoon I rang to ask if it was possible for a replacement to be sent. A new glass knob arrived in the post the next day, on Saturday morning!
Such efficiency from a company certainly stands out for me. I cannot fault their service, help, and promptness - all dealt with very politely.
