In November 24th, 2018, I placed an order (600001437) of 6 white doornobs "POMBA" (in portuguese), wich is dove. Trinca Ferro told me that it would take 21 days to be delivered.
However, only 58 days later, in January, 24th, 2019 my order arrived.
Besides the awful delay (almost 3 times late), the order came wrong. Instead of 6 white doves dorrnobs, I've got, 7 white swallows (or ANDORINHA in portuguese) and the metal parts are all rusty.
That was not what I order!!!! I've been trying to reach you, but noboby answer me! In the website or e-mails. I've sent a lot of them!!!!
I've pai a lot for the product, it too forever to get here and me it arrived, it was the wrong product. Besides that, nobody answer my messages to solve my problem.
I only want what I order and paid (a lot) for it! If it's not possible, I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why don't you answer your customers????!!!
