I was very impressed with the service I received from Trinca Ferro. Within two hours of ordering on-line they had sent me front and back views of the goods I was ordering shown with the packing labels. I ordered the goods at lunchtime on Friday and they arrived on the following Monday. Unfortunately I was not in to receive the goods, but it was easy to arrange for me to pick up my goods from a convenient pick up point for the next day. The goods were packed well, this was vital as the goods were made of glass. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants usual well made door knobs.
