I ordered 20 cabinet knobs which came quickly. Online customer service was great, and quality of knobs was good, however knobs came with screws that were much to long for them customer support recommended I cut them to fit and/or re-drill holes (!?) I spent an additional $8 to buy the proper screws. Rather frustrating.
