Ordered an item from Gift Shop. Got a mail a few days later to say the item was on its way (tracking number and all was assigned) - nothing arrived, so after a few days, I contacted the shop. Got no response for 48 hours, then I got a mail to say the item is not available and the money was returned. No apology, nothing!!! Terrible service - won't be going back to this site again!
