“I am not the person who purchased this item, but the person for whom it was. Years ago I visited and bought myself a lovely Book of Kells mug as a memento. I loved using it, maybe a little too much, and accidentally dropped and shattered it. Now in the present, having been unable to reassemble and restore my treasure, I was surprised by a gift from my partner who purchased me a new one directly from this gift shop. The staff was incredibly thorough in preparing the mug for the trans-Atlantic journey and had it padded and taped so securely that they could have kicked it across the ocean and it probably would have arrived in one piece. They also included a custom HAND-WRITTEN note with a message my partner had provided. Absolutely floored by the level of customer service and care that went into this shipment. Oh, and the mug itself is magnificent as well.”

“Thank you for a pleasant experience ordering from your shop. I visited Trinity College traveling from the USA in 2022. I did not purchase the Book of Kells, at that time, because of its size and weight in my luggage. It was easy to order on line, the expedited shipping was reasonable, and the copy for myself and one for my brother arrived within a week. They were packed very well and in excellent condition. Thank you!”

“There was plenty of choice and a terrific variety too. Under separate cover, I recently sent a "thank you" note. The packaging was so outstanding and carefully done. Both the cup and the magnet were well packed. Someone took the time and care that the gifts got here in tact. The package could have fallen out of a 747 and not broken!!”
