You had many ways to solve the problem, but you chose the worst one, you were so slow and efficient that in the end my friend ended up having to throw the product in the trash bin..... “The mug has a lot of ships in the paint. Should have a clear coat over it to preserve the picture. I paid $30 shipping and am disappointed in my order.”
