“Purchasing from the Shop was easy and painless. Great website and UX design. I knew exactly what I wanted (a book) and found it easily. The book arrived well packaged and protected.
However, I wouldn't shop with them again online because of the awful delivery service with UPS. I received an email from them saying delivery would take place in a couple of days when I wouldn't be home, but they had an option to send the package to a collection point. However, after going through that process their website said 'there's a technical problem. please try again later'. I tried it 3 - 4 times over a couple of days but still the same message, even clearing cookies and cache, which sometimes affects these things.
So I turned to their Facebook messaging for help, hoping I could chat with someone, but it was just an annoying bot that is programmed for specific issues only - not delivery amendments.
Then I found another section on their website to change delivery and I had to sign up to their 'My UPS' system, giving loads of my personal details. Once I'd done that and tried to change the delivery it just said, 'sorry, this service is not available in your area'!
Eventually I managed to find a phone number and called them. After being transferred twice I finally was able to speak with someone in India (lovely country) who kindly changed my delivery destination and they dropped off the parcel a couple of days after the original delivery date. Not sure why it wasn't the same date as the collection point was literally just up the road.”

“Love the design. When i received it the rim was chipped. Not a big deal. What was a big deal was the size. I wish they tell you how many ounces it holds. My irish mug is about twice it's size. Still love it though and it's a gift anyways.”

When I reported the same, tuner was sent separately later. Overall, a great product to gift someone as a musician myself..”
