I ordered quite a heavy hardback book on line from Trinity Gift Shop, delivery was quick and the website was easy to navigate, the book its self is great but due to poor wrapping for postage, it arrived damaged. The book was simply wrapped in tissue paper and a plastic bag, this provided no protection at all, so unsurprisingly, all the corners of the book are bashed in. Bubble wrap or a box would have prevent this unnecessary damage.
