The items I received are of the highest quality. The image on the mug is crisp and clear, and the mug is right-sized for my macchiatos. But the shipping!!! Lightning fast! Ordered and received in the same week! Well packed, and my heavy coasters did not break the delicate handle of my mug (which is why I purchased these items IN ADVANCE of my trip - I was concerned about breakage.
