DO NOT BOOK OR USE TRINQOO OR APPLE PARKING FOR THEIR MEET AND GREET SERVICE AT HEATHROW. When I collected my car again late. My car had been used for journeys other than to the storage area. The passenger seat was in full recline position and head rests adjusted. My car is fitted with a tracker so I provided evidence of the journeys and extra miles to both Trinqoo which is the transport part of Apple Parking and also sent the evidence to Apple parking. You get an acknowledgement of your email but no investigation response. I have left messages again no response. I even managed to speak to who I was told was the mgr (Raj) and again sent him the details for investigation again no response. All I want is an apology for the unauthorised journeys, some compensation for the extra fuel and use of my car but again nothing. DO NOT USE APPLE PARKING OR TRINQOO FOR ITS MEET AND GREET SERVICE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, CLEARLY DISHONEST AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS OR CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.
