“Stay away from Trinqoo , my car was keyed while with them because they parked it in someones else private land .I have had to take a legal action against them to get my car repaired”
“I'm sorry that life brought this company into my path.
stay away from this company if you want good for yourself. My parking lot was reserved from noon on April 24, as I didn't know when I would get there. my plane started in the evening. the employee called me at noon and asked when I would get there. I said no, that I didn't know, and then I would call half an hour before, as it was in the description, but definitely not before 3-4 in the afternoon. he said it was fine, then at 1:30 he called me again to ask where I was because the driver was waiting at the airport, I told him again that I had to pay a penalty of £10 because the driver was already there for the car. I said this is not the case, I'll call when I'm there, the driver shouldn't go because there's nothing to do. then he started yelling at me on the phone in a very jerky way. then I'm looking for another parking lot. they called me twice, at which point I should have paid £30. Ridiculous. I called the head office, told them the root of the problem, that they couldn't deal with me, and then asked for my money back, which I refused to return on the grounds that I ran out of time. I asked them to investigate who he was and on what basis he yelled at me, to let me know the outcome, but 2 weeks have passed and nothing has happened. I don't even understand how these guys can make ends meet.”
“We were very unhappy with the service, we waited a long time to get there and back, during which time we could get to Reading, and the car stinks of cigarettes, we don’t smoke and it’s terrible”
“Used twice, the second time was appalling, told us 30 minutes for the car to arrive after calling from baggage claim. They took well over an hour to bring the cars. My friend got called a M****r F****r when rang to see why taking so long, as kept getting fobbed off with excuses. After that wouldn't answer phone to him.”
“So, used these guys twice, the first time they were ok. Not polite, note rude, left us waiting and ate all the sweets in the car.
Second time, used them, upon returning to the UK looked on my car app to see the location of the car and found it to be in the middle of Slough and it had been moved from what is lead to believe the secure compound.
Car was parked on a street and then took over an hour to get back to me after the original call.
When challenged the person on the phone where my car was, was called a Mother F**ker and then subsequently hung up on me.
Found Damage to the car, and have now had to have a tyre replaced as it had been sliced. Problem will be proving it so no point in going through insurnace for the tyre and the gouge out of the diamond cut wheels \ rims.
As a result I am searching through all review sites to give this same review so that others know the experience.
I would rather a dinner with Jimmy Savile than use these again”
“Do not use Trinqoo. They do not answer their phone and you end up parking in disused farm which is not what I expected and was told that my car will be parked on the road. If I wanted to park on the road I could have done that myself and rang for Uber to drop us off at the airport. They charge you for transfer fee (and charge £1 card fee for paying the transfer by card even though it is illegal to charge card fee) despite you paying everything upfront and the email states that you do not have to pay transfer fee.You do not get receipt for cash payment and I was told to leave their barn known as 'Office'. I am still waiting for the refund and am out of pocket by £240 as we had to look for emergency parking charging £30 a day.”
“Pleasant experience with the Heathrow premium parking meet and greet service through trinqoo.com. We found the best airport parking deals through trinqoo. The price and the service was as mentioned on their website.”
