Zen z band, purchased 12 months ago, band is held together with a flimsy elastic cord
Band broke within 8 months, had to go through expense of posting back to receive a replacement
Replace band lasted a further 4 months before breaking again
Sent help request to the web site, completely ignored this this time
I’ve used Trionz bands for over 15 years but am completely disappointed with the customer after care which is non existent
Avoid buying a Zen Z band as it won’t last any longer than 8 months before breaking
