I have osteoarthritis in one hip and it can get pretty sore. I bought the Trion:Z LITE to help with the pain so that I can walk more. I have noticed an amazing improvement in pain (sometimes no pain at all now) and it has made going for a walk more of a pleasure rather than something I dreaded. I think I am going to buy another one in another colour :D
