Originally purchased Duo Loop bracelet however the straps broke. Contacted Customer Services and was offered to upgrade to Acti Loop. Received new one within 3 days with self-addressed envelope to return faulty one. Definitely recommend the Acti-Loop better strap and more beneficial. Thank you Lucy!
