I purchased a Zen loop duo and it was brilliant until the magnet fastener broke
so i cannot use the bracelet as it will not do up.I actually emailed TrionZ but received no reply at all. I have purchased a few Trionz products in the past and all have been excellent and am very disappointed that i cannot use the Zenloop duo anymore.
