I measured my wrist & ordered the size closest which when it arrived was smaller than the size I measured. However I now have the bigger size & it’s comfortable & looks non intrusive & nice so I’m waiting to see any benefits other than aesthetic but I’ve only been wearing it for a couple of days so I’m sure it will take a short time longer! Well made product & the benefits were recommended by a friend so I’m eagerly anticipating improvement!
