They refuse to give the money refunded for my cancelled flight cancelled by the airline.
Every few days they excuse themselves with an automatic reply, but on the phone, claim to not see the refund from American by their system. According to American, it is a common practice of theirs to withhold (read-steal) funds refunded by the airline for customers.
