What's worse is that this issue could have been avoided if they had asked for data confirmation before making the payment, instead of just a few days before the flight. This reflects poor organization and even negligence on their part.Additionally, rather than helping to resolve the issue, they simply blamed the airline without offering any solutions or assistance.
