I had a booking with trip.com, flights and airport lounge.
weeks after the booking. trip.com sends me an email the lounge would be not accessible 24/7 as advertised. chat support doesnt help.
phone support promised a call on the same day by a manager. this was a saturday. I was immediately suspicous. of course I didnt receive a call. instead only emails.
I tried phone support. phone support again said something different regarding the lounge than text support. again a call was promised and again I received no call.
they offered me 1/2 of the lounge price as credit on their platform. wtf is going on with trip.com? promise after promise, no result. long waiting times on phone support.
