Triton didn't have the item I ordered in stock, although it said it was on the website. This said they swiftly informed me that the item was out of stock and also now unavailable altogether. They offered me an alternative or a refund and once this was sorted they were very swift with getting the order to me. Overall they were very friendly and I think they offer good customer service.
