Dpd delivery service was awful. Although not directly Triton's fault and they did try to help a little, ultimately they do choose Dpd as their provider so have to take some responsibility for their bad service. The first delivery attempt was the wrong address and no calling card left even though Dpd claimed they did. The parcel was not labeled correctly to allow in store pick up but this was not communicated until a four day delay whilst in the interim stating it was available for pickup. Then an incorrect message about the day of delivery and finally they delivered to the wrong neighbour. Use Royal Mail next time please
