Seems you sell stock you don't have .
You take peoples money and leave them hanging , claiming you sent emails.
How can 2 different items go out off stock at exactly the same time as 1 that was ordered?
Your business is to serve customers to your best abilities .Not sad to say you will never get that opportunity with me agáin.
