Shocking. Ordered parts for my Trek Speed Concept on a Friday, said expected delivery was between Monday-Wednesday of the following week. Nothing had arrived by the Friday, called them up and apparently they had got 'lost' on the system and hadn't even been processed. Rubbish. To be fair they then put the order on special delivery but trust has been lost and won't use them again.
