I buy lots of things cycling and never used you before .. I recently phone however for some tech info on the Bontrager Flare R rear light and was amazed how helpful your sales staff were and gave me exactly what i wanted to know. I then ordered the Flare rear light and within a few minutes received a confirmation and within a few hours only was emailed to say it had been despatched and then the next day I received the product.
