First class service and reasonable priced however tnt who delivered the bike give me a 7 am to 1600 slot and didn’t deliver my mother waited in all day when I rang the next day the driver said no one was home which was a total lie I had to collect the bike from tnt depot myself on Saturday morning with no apology so I would rate tnt 0 and suggest you change corrier firm
